  - Please enter the name you want researched. If this is a gift for your husband please enter your married last name. If this is a gift for your Dad please enter your maiden name. 

• What is the return policy? 

         - We do not offer returns. Every product is custom made with your                         name and not able to be reused. 

• Do you offer pickup? 

         - We do offer local pickup for anyone near Simpsonville, SC. 

• When will my order be ready?

         - It will depend on the date that you place the order. We are a small local               family run business. Normal processing time will be 3-5 business days but               we will be closed on holidays. -
